During an apocalyptic nuclear holocaust, a great crystal barrier protects one city from death and destruction. Decades later, after the storms have passed, a brave new world is born in the crystal city.

Surrounded by water, Prince Adamm and his men learn to ride the giant waves that batter the city’s crystal dome. But soon, their idyllic existence is destroyed by the mutant warlord known as Natuluxx and his mutant hordes.

Will the city be slaughtered? And can the mysterious scientist, Doc Roc, and his mutated son, help the city? Or will they merely transform Prince Adamm into something much more than human?
