Cyber 7 is a black-and-white manga series which was created by Shuho Itahashi and translated into English by David Lewis and Toren Smith. The series is a science-fiction tale about seven cyborgs who actually need to be talked into tasks because they are self-aware.

Fourteen years ago, a young scientist was involved in a terrible automobile accident. He was saved by the seven cyborgs. The picture was kept secret because the cyborgs were supposed to stay secret. However, an evil gang leader, who happens to be a rabbit, wants the picture. A young boy named Tatsuki finds the photograph and sells it to a tabloid newspaper. His life is now in danger. Two children are in the picture as well. They are now teenagers who act in a traveling acting troupe. Unbeknownst to them, they too are in danger.

Cyber 7 premiered in 1989.
