Part of the many Dell Giants series, this comic focused on the regular Disney characters like Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, and Uncle Scrooge visiting the famous theme park upon its third birthday. It’s kind of hard to imagine that the third anniversary of the park would rate any significance now that Disneyland has been around for over half a century, but it was big news then when no one thought it would last. Walt Disney was the original synergist and knew to promote his park any way he could—from TV shows to movies to comic books. He succeeded quite well.
