Steven Engelhart, Marshall Rogers, and Terry Austin, who together created a memorable run on Detective Comics, reunite to craft another Batman tale in this miniseries that also sees the return of an old love interest for Bruce Wayne, Silver St. Cloud. In addition to dealing with Two-Face and the Scarecrow and the Joker’s bid to become the governor, Batman also must confront his feelings for a woman he once passionately loved and who also happens to know about his dual identity.
