In 1987 DC Comics published this one-shot promotional comic to highlight upcoming titles. A couple of years earlier, Crisis on Infinite Earths set the standard for company-wide crossovers and the repercussions of that story still echoed through the DC universe. With a supposedly clean slate on which to redraw the history of the world, the powers at DC conceived Millennium as the crossover event of 1988. The majority of Focus supplies background information on the upcoming Millennium series. The rest of the book’s content consists of letters about the Legends miniseries whose short run could not accommodate a letters page, and a checklist of DC titles in 1987, as well as convention advice and a promotional article about the upcoming Wanderers series.
