Solo (Dark Horse)

™ and © 1996 Dark Horse Comics, Inc.

Solo, an intelligent machine in the shape of a man, was created to be the ultimate weapon. What his creators didn’t expect, though, was that their weapon’s human-like emotions would also result in a human-like conscience. Refusing to be reprogrammed as an indiscriminate killing machine, Solo abandons his combat unit and escapes into the jungle, eventually taking refuge in a small village. But with both the American military and rebel guerrilla forces on his trail, Solo’s very presence soon puts the inhabitants in danger of extermination.

Based on the Triumph Films action movie starring Mario Van Peebles.
