The Eyeball Kid

Hilarious and strange, The Eyeball Kid tells the adventures of a latter-day god (Argus?). With singular lack of respect for legends, this Argus is incarnated in the form of a stubby little guy with bad hair and a couple dozen mismatched eyeballs. To be fair, creator Eddie Campbell heaps similar indignities on other mythic figures, such as Bacchus and “Joe” Theseus.

This series reprints the hard-to-find Eyeball Kid stories from Harrier Comics’ Deadface series.
