Lobo’s first solo series begins when Commander Dox recruits him to capture the person Lobo hates most in the world: his second grade teacher, Ms. Tribb. Knowing Lobo’s legendary temper, he planned to stoke his rage into an inferno, then use the resultant mayhem to eliminate “some tricky little problems” of his own.

This strange plan soon is soon complicated even further by the trouble that follows Lobo wherever he goes. Before this four-issue mini-series is over, Lobo will have torn a swath through a legion of paramilitary grannies, fragged a gang of space-bikers, amputated the legs of his second grade teacher, and become an unwilling contestant in a “spell-or-die” spelling bee.
