Demon: Driven Out

In some ways, Ame is a typical Japanese teenager. She leads two lives – one as a dutiful, polite, and well-behaved assistant in the shady corporation she works for, and the other as a wild, reckless, loud drag race queen with her friends. It all seems to be working out okay until a number of things come to a head at once: first, a drug runner in one of her company’s illicit businesses starts wanting a greater piece of the action and then a drag race with a friend turns tragic just as a mysterious and dangerous being, Etrigan the Demon, appears on the scene. None of Ame’s lives will ever be the same after.

This six-issue mini-series features a new revival of the Jack Kirby creation, in a very different world.
