What the Muppet Babies did for the Muppets, Tyrone Ford’s Small Bodied Ninja High School does for Ninja High School. SBNJS is a “cutesy-fied” version of the popular American manga title created by Ben Dunn. It’s set several years in the past when all the major characters were small children with big eyes. The NJS gang is all here in small-bodied form, including the mad scientist Dr. Nutmeg, his android daughter Lana, Sammi Sakura, and even Ninja Itchy Koo and the extraterrestrial princess Azrial. Although it’s been “cuted-up” for the occasion, the small-bodied version of Ninja High School has the same great sense of fun and adventure that was a hallmark of the “grown-up” version.
