The mean streets of Opolis have never been seen by its inhabitants—its towers are so tall. But they’re mean just the same. It’s one tough town. And living there is Kelvin Mace—one mean detective whose methods may be rough, but…we did mention it was a tough town.

The creator of this series is making a statement concerning the psychological effects on the human psyche after long exposure to urban living—that dwelling in compact quarters, in proximity both unnatural and unhealthy could and would lead an entire populace to aberrant behavior and soon drive it irreversibly mad!

But…we did mention Kelvin Mace was one mean detective.
