Kyoko Shidara is a young Japanese-American woman trained in the Wing Chun style of Chinese fighting. Having abandoned her former employers, the corrupt Organization, Kyoko has gone into business for herself as a bodyguard. This title is an ongoing companion to the original Shuriken, published by Victory Productions. The stories in this series are all penciled and edited by creator Reggie Byers, who also writes the adventures in the first series. This title puts more emphasis on fighting and hard-core martial arts action, with Kyoko facing not only ninja warriors, but demon assassins as well.
