Justice, Inc. is a collection of tough crime fighters, led by Richard Benson, a.k.a. The Avenger. Benson’s family had been killed by gangsters, and he had sustained injuries that paralyzed his face, leaving it clay-like and malleable. An unexpected side-effect of this was to make it easy for Benson to mold his face like a mask, making him a master of disguise. As the leader of Justice, Inc., Benson used that ability to fight crime in all its forms.

A classic from the 1930s, Justice, Inc. is based on the characters of Kenneth Robeson and Maxwell Grant, who also created legendary pulp characters Doc Savage and The Shadow.
