In their continuing efforts to convert kids into comic readers, Marvel developed the Marvel Age line of kid-friendly comics. A book teaming up Spider-Man and some of his superhero friends seems like a natural choice for the Marvel Age line since kids love Spidey and Marvel would love to expose their other characters to new readers. In the series, writer Todd Dezago and a host of artists reinterpret classic tales from the past. Offered through Target stores, this book collects the first four issues of Spider-Man Team-Up featuring appearances from the Fantastic Four, Captain America, Kitty Pryde, and the Mighty Thor.
