Police Academy

Police Academy was a seemingly endless series of substandard comedy films about a group of inept recruits trying to make it in a career working for the police department. After a number of these, a Saturday morning animated series was eventually created of which this comic book series is inspired. The jokes were still lame but “dumbed down” to appeal to a more juvenile audience as some of the material in the original films was quite a bit more risqué.
