The Goblin Magazine

The Goblin was another one of those black and white magazine published in the waning days of Warren Publishing, publishers of Creepy, Eerie and Vampirella. It was designed to be the start of a new series featuring new characters such as The Goblin, Philo Photon, Micro-Buccaneers, and Wizard Wormglow. Though it was predominantly in black and white, there was also an eight page color section in each issue to help boost sales in a predominantly color comic book market to help boost sales. It didn’t help.
