Meet Hila. 15 years old and bored out of her mind. While on a subway ride with her best friend, Ramon, she notices a stranger with a duffel bag. To shake things up in their lives, she decides to steal it. No big deal, right? But when the two friends find a severed head inside, they quickly realize they're way in over their heads (pun-intended)! Hila's reckless behavior puts a dent in her friendship with Ramon, who just would rather be in class than running for his life. Things start looking up when they meet, Trammel, a kind-hearted FBI agent, who intends on bringing the kids home safely. Leo, the psychotic hitman who they stole from has other plans for the trio and will stop at nothing to get the head back.
