Charlton created a character called Atomic Mouse, so since that was moderately successful, why not create another character that’s atomic but make him a rabbit. That was the mentality, but it wasn’t very original and also the title had no longevity or charisma. There wasn’t even a good villain like Count Gatto, so the character is largely forgotten today, but whose up for a revival? Shanda Fantasy Arts revived Atomic Mouse, so who knows?
