Joe Field (listed as publisher/editor/retailer) brings together material from comic legends such as Marvel’s Stan Lee, Daniel Bereton (World’s Finest), Jeff Nicholson (Ultra Klutz), Andi Watson (Skeleton Key, Geisha), Jim Lee (Fantastic Four, X-Men), Jeff Johnson (Green Lantern), and others. They provide short stories or one-page salutes to the Flying Colors team, while the rest of the book has plenty of photos of some of the comic artists, writers, store staff, and fans who have visited the store over the years.
