A popular line of toys in the mid-1980s, Rainbow Brite and her colorful friends inspired an animated movie that put them at odds with an evil sorceress. This sorceress is bent on holding the earth and all of Rainbow Land in the grip of eternal winter by stealing Spectra, the giant diamond that is the source of our heroine’s Rainbow Power.
