With the popularity of Ninja High School making fans clamor for more, Ben Edlund has allowed other artists to use characters and settings from NHS for additional stories and titles.

Quagmire U.S.A. begins with the continuation of a story begun early in NHS. The shapeshifter Kyoko Tadasuke fell in love with Jeremy while he was in Japan. Now she has followed him to America. Can she resist her primal urge to enslave his spirit or will her new job at the Rival Ninja Clan (RNC) distract her?
