Nightshades

    (London Night, 1993)
©1993 Neal St. Crosse

Make no mistake about it, this comic is definitely not meant for kids. Nightshades is one of the earlier comics from London Night Studios, who later brought out such violent “bad girl” characters as Razor and Stryke. The story is nominally about a woman (Tiffany) who was gang-raped and killed, but who comes back every two weeks in the form of a cat to have an extremely kinky rendezvous with a vampiric exotic dancer (Tori). This 1993 comic is highly reminiscent of Faust, in that it combines bestiality, brutality, mutilation, necrophilia, and just about anything else that could be thought up to shock and/or titillate readers.
