This isn’t a book you should judge by its cover…or even its title. True, the heroines are “five luscious ladies blasting off with the fate of the world in their tapered, well-manicured fingers,” but the book has far more heart than the typical cheesecake-fest.

Their “babes”’ story began when scientists encountered a force in space that kills only men. Five accomplished women were sent into space to eliminate this enemy.
