In the various Punisher series, the writers take great pains to be accurate when they describe a particular weapon or device. Even apart from the Punisher’s use of them, many of these implements of destruction hold a certain fascination in themselves. Recognizing this, Marvel periodically publishes a volume featuring the details of the equipment in the Punisher’s vast arsenal.

The Punisher Armory features reviews of everything from Kalashnikov assault rifles to Bowie knives. A running narration describes each piece, and why each is so dear to the Punisher’s heart.

If you’re a gun-control advocate, you’ll find it appalling, but if you feel the grim fascination that high-powered weapons engender, The Punisher Armory might just be your cup of tea.
