The sleepy Massachusetts town of Shiloh believes that draining its pond could lead to its rebirth. Instead, it uncovers a 300-year-old mystery, as three chained women neatly preserved in the mud at the bottom indicate the town hides a darker past than previously thought. Time to call in the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense, but their efforts to help may be thwarted by an old pastor who has yet to give up the old ways of witch-hunting….
