A lone Native American psychic is summoned to investigate a series of senseless killings. Using magical powers of sight, he discovers Doctor Weird, an unearthly creature sworn to combat the supernatural. When the pair find out that an evil, soul-snatching demon is behind the grisly murders, the good doctor is forced to travel to devilish realms to stop the ungodly beast.

Light on characterization, this title concentrates on tales of ghostly apparitions running amok in our mortal world. A new evolution of an older concept and character, Dr. Weird is a strange and interesting figure who uses his cosmic powers to defeat any who desecrate the physical laws of God.
