This beautiful “3D animated” comic book series chronicles the adventures of a young man named Alexander in a fanciful place called Dreamland. When he was a kid, Alexander journeyed to Dreamland in his sleep and met up with Nastajia the Elf-Girl, Paddington the Rock Boy, and Kiwi the Fairy; but the dreams stopped on his twelfth birthday. The dreams return again years later, after Alexander had all but forgotten about his midnight adventures, and Alexander is now a twenty-year-old college student. He finds that Dreamland is still full of giants, mermaids, and pirates—but, more importantly, his friends, who have grown up too. It’s tough balancing the life of a full-time college student with the life of a dream-time adventurer, and Alexander finds himself attracted to Nastajia, his childhood dream-sweetie. This is fun stuff from the very talented Scott Christian Sava (Spider-Man: Quality of Life).
