This sixteen-page “flyer”-a supplement to Wizard: The Guide to Comics #90-previews the second year of Event Comics founders Joe Quesada and Jimmy Palmiotti’s handling of several arguably “second-tier” Marvel heroes. First up is Starman (2nd Series) artist Tony Harris’ take on Doctor Strange (Vol. 3), a four-issue limited series. Then Kabuki creator David Mack discusses his run on Daredevil (Vol. 2), following writer/director Kevin Smith’s (Jay and Silent Bob) initial stint. Marvel Knights Wave 2 also sees the return of the Punisher in another limited series; this time the artwork is supplied by Darkminds creator Pat Lee, and the story pairs the mercenary with Wolverine. The Black Widow, too, rates a limited series from writer Devin K. Grayson (Catwoman, Titans) and artist J.G. Jones. The final preview focuses on the second year of Black Panther under artist Joe Jusko.
