Things are complicated enough when the prime suspect in a fatal beating is rap’s latest and hottest rising star. They quickly get worse when the prime suspect also ends up dead, shot to death in his own limo. Gil Grissom and his team race to catch the culprits, but the list of suspects, not to mention the body count, just keeps getting bigger. The threat of a gang war looms, even as their investigation threatens to bust the Las Vegas music scene wide open.

This second mini-series based on the hit CBS television show is written by Max Allan Collins, and includes cast member interviews. Collins has also written several CSI novels as well as the Road to Perdition graphic novel.
