Small Hands

A cold, gripping “film noir” styled graphic novel showing the grisly reality of urban street life. The “stories” are divided up in small chapters that really represent little vignettes of life in the big city with no real central plot or characters. It seems very autobiographical in nature and tries to let the reader in on what the “black experience” is all about. The text is almost poetic in nature with the painted visuals accentuating the snippets of dialog. Dark, sardonic and “real.”
