Geomancer

Throughout history, certain people have been called to represent the earth itself. The earth spoke to these people, whispered its secrets to them. And in turn, these Geomancers spoke for the earth. Protected both by their magic and their champion, Gilad Anni-Padda (the Eternal Warrior), their line has continued throughout history.

The most recent Geomancer was Geoff McHenry, a young boy who helped protect Earth during the Unity crisis, and also served as a catalyst to usher in such heroes as Bloodshot. In the end, he apparently sacrificed himself during the Chaos Effect crisis.

Earth needed a new Geomancer and the Eternal Warrior chose Clay McHenry, a crooked cop who lost his vision during an illegal “transaction.” Now he has the chance to become a hero…if he lives that long!
