First part of a projected series about Mark Bode’s Gyro world, noted as Gyro Comics #1 in the indicia. Perhaps it wasn’t the best idea to give the following installments different titles, all beginning with Gyro. It’s a complex world populated by various aliens, robots, humans, and combinations of all three and this is only really a taster. Mark Bode works very much in his father Vaughn’s style, bringing it to more science-fiction-oriented material, and within that style he’s very proficient. One would hope, though, he’s progressed to his own style by now.
