This square-bound collection of Scottish comic strips stars Wullie, a Dennis the Menace-type who’s always getting into messes. By paying little attention to the rules or to the world around him, Wullie runs afoul of his mother, his friends, local merchants, and the police, among many others. This is entertaining stuff, but be warned, gentle readers: deciphering some of that brogued Scottish dialogue can mess with American heads.
