Funtastic World of Hanna-Barbera
(Marvel, 1977-1978)
™ and © Marvel Characters, Inc.
Hanna-Barbera has used the “Funtastic World” moniker a number of times for a number of projects, most notably in a syndicated cartoon strip for television that repackaged older Hanna-Barbera cartoon series such as The Richie Rich Show. Back in the 70s, when Marvel obtained the Hanna-Barbera license and was also publishing over-sized treasuries editions called Marvel Treasury Edition, they used the “Funtastic World” title to little success. Difficult to find, but the three issue series contains unique material with the standard H-B cast of Yogi Bear and Flintstones.
