Mr. Average

One of the more obscure comics of 1992, Mr. Average stars as a cueball-headed hero who one day found himself in “the Dump,” a strange cartoon dimension. Weirder still, Mr. Average became a member of the Royal Cabinet of the Dump. What follows is a strange assortment of surreal cartoon politics as various characters fight for control of the Dump, or simply act out various melodramas lightly parodying Sandman and other comics of the time.
