The Flash: Time Flies

    (DC, 2002)
™ and ©2002 DC Comics

Capturing the sense of wonder of the Silver Age, Time Flies is a one-shot involving a time traveler who has accidentally made time move faster. The European-styled artwork of Seth Fisher, reminiscent of Moebius, easily distinguishes the tale from the usual Flash stories; the pages are filled with brightly lit futuristic designs that vividly portray the story’s high-I.Q. science-fiction ideas about speed and time. The Wally West incarnation of the Flash is not usually used in high-concept plots; consequently, Time Flies is in the tradition of the Flash stories of the 60s with police scientist Barry Allen.
