Resembling a long-lost Hanna-Barbera animated cartoon series, this comic book series was a homegrown creation by Western Publishing featuring Snoots, the Forgetful Elefink and his companion, Uptite Mouse. Small wonder, as many of the artists and writers who worked on the various Hanna-Barbera titles published by Dell and Gold Key also worked on this book. One reason for doing this, as this was Western Publishing’s creation; they didn’t have to pay a royalty. Along with Wacky Witch and Cracky, Western Publishing’s most enduring creation.
