“Oh mighty Isis!”

Science teacher Andrea Thomas only had to utter those two words in order to be transformed into an Egyptian goddess every Saturday morning—or in this eight-issue series.

While on an archeological expedition in Egypt, Andrea Thomas found a headband which gave her the powers of Isis, including flight, divine strength, powers over the forces of nature and animals, and powers over the mystical regions of the mind. Now whenever disaster strikes, Andrea turns into Isis and saves the day. For some unspecified reason, commands (except for “Mighty Isis!”) need to be spoken in rhyming couplets—perhaps nature only understands rap?
