WildC.A.T.s/X-Men: The Silver Age

This series starts off with entangling relationships, high-powered weaponry, good old-fashioned butt-kicking, old enemies, and world-conquering aliens. As the follow-up to WildC.A.T.s/X-Men: The Golden Age, this issue continues to exploit the crossover appeal of Image and Marvelís best-selling titles. One leading subplot features the attraction between Marvel Girl and Grifter during an unexpected blind date. Both survive a gunfight with the Brood and provide each other with intense mental, rather than physical, stimulation, giving the probable romance an intriguing start. Cameos by Nick Fury, X-Factor and Zealot merely add to the fun.
