(From the Slings & Arrows Comic Guide)

A short story written by Phillip Hester and drawn by Mike Worley. The protagonist is Jeff, a young parapsychology researcher, who returns to his home town to bail out one of his experimental subjects and is reminded of his high-school years as an unhappy bystander and observer. The artwork is in the style of Hanna-Barbera animation, but itís obvious by the third page that this is a serious, indeed, sombre story about alienation. This is a fine piece of short fiction, which makes particularly good use of the supernatural elements. ~FC
