In a future America torn by racial and religious strife, an insane cult leader has taken over New York City and sets to work trying to father the hundreds of thousands of children he thinks are needed to launch Armageddon. Created by popular writer Garth Ennis with art by Carlos Equerra, this four issue mini-series continues the adventures of a female assassin who disguised herself as a nun. She was introduced in the previous mini-series in 1996, the first mini from the Helix line of science fiction books from DC Comics.

Ennisís other works include Preacher and Hitman. Equerra also provided the art for Preacher: Saint of Killers.
