The villain, Razorblast in the employ of Gaston Devry, kidnapped Knightmare’s wife, Jaqueline Keyes, (a.k.a. Dreamshadow), on her wedding night. Now Knightmare, together with the legendary Nemesis Kane, and Lady Sheetah, (who would prefer that Keyes remain kidnapped to enhance her own romantic aspirations toward Knightmare), are racing across the rooftops of Paris to Dreamshadow’s rescue.

Meanwhile Dreamshadow has been “rescued” by Flex-Woman and Spandex-Girl, crossing over from Lost Cause due to artist, P. Skye Owens’ association with both titles. The rescue finds the three of them about to be turned into culinary showpieces by Oola’La, The Mad Chef, a French confectioner with an accent as difficult to understand as this book’s plot.

This title switches from a standard melodramatic super-hero book, to a parody and back again. However the abundance of characters and plot threads competing for dominance makes it difficult to tell the difference.
