Wolverine/Punisher Revelation

 WOPR   (Marvel, 1999–2001)

™ and ©1999 Marvel Characters, Inc.

This Marvel Knights title brings together a resurrected Frank Castle and X-Men favorite Wolverine again in a very manga style mini-series. While restoring a historic subway station, workers accidentally uncover an object of unknown origin. Disturbing it causes it to open, and through some unknown mechanism, people start dropping like flies. Though they haven’t yet joined forces, the Punisher and Wolverine are both touched personally by the tragedy, and set off independently to achieve the same goal: to find out what the deadly object is, and put a stop to it.
