This black-and-white magazine from the early 1980s features a couple of strips that earned their own color titles from Eclipse Comics. Steve Englehart (Avengers) and Marshall Rogers (Detective Comics) offer up Coyote, a dimension-hopping mystic, while Max Collins and Terry Beatty deliver another installment in the adventures of P.I. supreme Ms. Tree. The magazine also showcases work from Don McGregor (Detectives, Inc.) and Gene Colan (Tomb of Dracula), Steve Gerber (Howard the Duck) and Val Mayerick (Savage Sword of Conan), Charles Vess (Stardust), and Trina Robbins (Go Girl!). Quite a package! One of the best independents of the early 1980s.
